Our Road Captain, Seth Oberg, and your Board aim to keep POA members up-to-date regarding road priorities. As promised at the last annual meeting, this Roads Page will list tentative roads prioritized for future work. If you have concerns involving any of the roads on the ranch, please contact Seth at the below link. Remember keeping speeds below 20 mph keeps road base on the road. This is a rural community with a variety of potential extreme environmental conditions affecting road travel. A suitable vehicle (4wd/Awd/height clearance) that can reasonably travel through mud and snow is a necessity for your own comfort and safety.
